Representative Projects

  • Presented seminars for analysts at investment firms
  • Presented custom seminar for high-level executives at utility company branching into telecommunications
  • Wrote request for proposal for new telephone system. Recommended vendor and supervised implementation. Worked with the voice mail manufacturer's engineers to ensure correct programming of the voice mail system.
  • Designed multiple location networked telephone system with T-1 connections and transparent integrated voice mail between locations.
  • Developed telecommunications strategy for multi-site customer. Analyzed requirements for and prepared request for proposal for ACD for telecenter. Coordinated implementation of an Aspect ACD system.
  • Issued a request for proposal for long distance services. Analyzed responses. Recommended a carrier.
  • Analyzed telephone customer service in Radiology Department. Recommended Improvements in call answering and telephone configuration.
  • Recommended a provider, programmed telephones and trained end-users on cellular telephone service.
  • Selected and implemented a cabling system for new facility. Gained additional capacity by reprogramming the telephone system.
  • Analyzed call handling in clinics. Compared data to five Boston area clinics. Developed plan to improve speed of call handling.
  • Developed training materials for voice mail and telephones. Reconfigured network.
  • Prepared training packages on video conferencing and modem testing.
